Pongola Country Lodge provides substantial facilities for business delegates, company events, product launches or celebrations, combining serenity away from the rat race, with efficiency, through standard conference and event equipment.

Our four fully-equipped conference venue facilities are capable of hosting anything from an intimate dinner celebration to large corporate functions, with two of the venues accommodating between 30 to 100 delegates, and the alternate venues catering for up to 30 delegates each.

The Lodge’s standard conference package includes:

Stationary such as notepads, pens and data projectors can be arranged at an additional charge.

All menu requirements are catered for from our on–site restaurant offering a selection of delectable meal options to be served according to your requirements, and is equipped to deal with special dietary requirements. The restaurant is Halaal certified.
